About Mazin Samona
A graduate of John J. Pershing High School, Mazin Samona has lived and worked in the greater Detroit area for decades. Since 1994, he has owned and operated Wild Bill’s Tobacco, a tobacco retail business that he originally established under the name Smokers Outlet. Beginning with a single shop in the Detroit suburb of Roseville, Michigan, Wild Bill's Tobacco now supports more than 100 tobacconist shops across several different Midwestern states. Mazin Samona was also at the vanguard of retail electronic cigarette sales, opening Mr. Vapo, one of the very first e-cigarette stores in Michigan.
Mazin Samona is an active member of both the Smoke Free Alternatives Trade Association and the Consumer Advocates for Smoke-Free Alternatives Association. A proud Chaldean American, he belongs to the Chaldean Chamber of Commerce. When he isn’t busy with professional, industry, or community concerns, Mr. Samona enjoys playing golf, watching films, and spending quality time with his family.
